Temporary housing for students at the Rheinbach campus
A semester, an internship, a thesis project with a regional company: students often need housing for a clearly limited period. The regular housing market has little to offer for that.
The Rheinbach campus of Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University regularly brings students to town who don't want to start a flat-share or buy furniture. For them, a furnished apartment is the simpler equation: move in, study and move out, with no contract terms beyond the semester.
The Compact Apartment at STAY MCC is made for one person: bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and a dining and work area that doubles as a desk during exam periods. Wi-Fi is included, of course.
The connection works too: the S 23 reaches Bonn in about 30 minutes – for the library, a side job or a weekend in the city.
For enrolled students the stay pays off twice: booking directly earns a 25 % student discount against valid proof of enrolment, regardless of the length of stay. If two people share an apartment and only one is enrolled, the discount is 12.5 %.
Location & Access
STAY MCC is located in Rheinbach near Bonn (Marie-Curie-Straße 17, 53359 Rheinbach). The S 23 train takes you to Bonn central station in about 30 minutes. By car, the A 61 (Miel exit) and the A 565 connect you to Bonn and Cologne, and Cologne/Bonn Airport is about 45 minutes away. Parking at the building is available on request for an additional fee.
What's included
Every apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready: bed, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and kettle, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, blackout curtains and a dining and work area. Bed linen and towels are ready on arrival.
