Transparency about the use of artificial intelligence
We want to be open about where artificial intelligence (AI) plays a role on this website. This page explains which content was created with AI assistance, how we handle AI assistants and AI search engines, and where you can ask questions. It follows the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act.
AI-assisted copy
Parts of the copy on this website were created with the support of AI systems and subsequently reviewed and edited by us. All information about apartments, amenities, location and terms comes from our own records and is our responsibility. Everything published here has been checked and approved by the STAY MCC team.
Images and visualisations
All apartment images on this website are photographs of the completed building. Furnishing and decoration may vary between units. The only computer-generated image is the evening view of the roof terrace; it depicts the real building and is explicitly labelled as a visualisation in its image description. The floor plans are drawings rather than photographs. No AI-generated fantasy rooms are shown.

There is currently no AI chatbot on this website. If you contact us through the form, a human replies — personally and reliably.
Structured data for AI assistants
So that AI assistants and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews) present accurate information about our house, we provide structured data: machine-readable Schema.org markup on every page, an llms.txt with the key facts at /llms.txt, and a WebMCP manifest at /.well-known/webmcp that lets AI agents navigate our pages and submit a contact request. These offers contain the same information as the website itself.
