Your Check-in
Before Arrival
Before your arrival, you will receive an email with all important information: access details, apartment number and directions. Please also check your spam folder.
Self Check-in
Check-in from 3 pm. You don't need a fixed appointment: with your access details, you arrive whenever it suits you – arrival is possible around the clock. An earlier check-in can be arranged subject to availability.
Access to Your Apartment
Use the access details from our email to open the main entrance and your apartment. Your apartment number is also in the email.
Your Details
Before arrival, please send us the names of all guests and your billing address – for business stays, feel free to provide your company address directly.
