Our smallest type. Approximately 20 square metres with a single bed, dining and work space, kitchenette and private bathroom. The Compact Apartment works well if you are travelling to Rheinbach on your own, for one night or for several weeks.
CATEGORY M
The Comfort Apartment offers approximately 28 square metres with more room to live and work. Alongside the single bed there is a sofa, a dining space, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Well suited to business travellers and longer stays in the Cologne-Bonn region.
CATEGORY L
The Premium Apartment offers the most generous open living area at approximately 37 square metres: a double bed, a sofa and an additional armchair, plus a dining space, kitchenette and private bathroom. A good fit for long-stay guests, project staff and executives.
CATEGORY XL
Our highest category. The Penthouse Apartment separates living and sleeping: a dedicated bedroom with double bed, plus a living room with sofa and armchair, dining space, kitchenette and private bathroom. Approximately 35 square metres, with direct access to the roof terrace — which is what gives it its own category.
The serviced apartment house is located in Rheinbach, the glass town in the Rhein-Sieg district. The S 23 train takes you to Bonn Central Station in about 30 minutes, and the A 61 motorway is right nearby.
