Hotels work best for very short stays. From a week onwards their limits show: no room to work, no fridge for your own groceries, every meal eaten out. An apartment with kitchenette, dining and work area and a private bathroom solves exactly that.
The maths change with duration too. At STAY MCC you book from one night, and from 28 nights long-stay rates apply. Add what is hard to price: you live in a small flat instead of a room and keep your own rhythm.

Location & Access
STAY MCC is located in Rheinbach near Bonn (Marie-Curie-Straße 17, 53359 Rheinbach). The S 23 train takes you to Bonn central station in about 30 minutes. By car, the A 61 (Miel exit) and the A 565 connect you to Bonn and Cologne, and Cologne/Bonn Airport is about 45 minutes away. Parking at the building is available on request for an additional fee.

Every apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready: bed, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and kettle, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, blackout curtains and a dining and work area. Bed linen and towels are ready on arrival.
