Four sizes, one concept – from Compact to Penthouse
Not every stay needs the same apartment. STAY MCC offers four sizes with the same core features and clearly different layouts.
The Compact Apartment (approx. 20 m²) is made for one guest: sleeping area with single bed, dining and work space, kitchenette and private bathroom on a compact footprint.
The Comfort Apartment (approx. 28 m²) has the same layout with more space: the single bed is joined by a sofa and a dining space. The Premium Apartment (approx. 37 m²) offers the most generous open living area with a double bed, sofa and an additional armchair. The Penthouse Apartment (approx. 35 m²) separates living and sleeping into distinct rooms and is the only category with direct access to the roof terrace — which is what gives it its own category.
Identical in all four types: kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and kettle, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, blackout curtains and a dining and work area. You choose the space, not the comfort level.
Location & Access
STAY MCC is located in Rheinbach near Bonn (Marie-Curie-Straße 17, 53359 Rheinbach). The S 23 train takes you to Bonn central station in about 30 minutes. By car, the A 61 (Miel exit) and the A 565 connect you to Bonn and Cologne, and Cologne/Bonn Airport is about 45 minutes away. Parking at the building is available on request for an additional fee.

Every apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready: bed, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and kettle, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, blackout curtains and a dining and work area. Bed linen and towels are ready on arrival.
